How to prevent hijack and hacker change my forums...

dear,

 

i have downloaded "HijackThis", "aawsepersonal", "spybotsd14", "avg" and install all of this...

 

i get many hijack after scan...

can somebody tell me which hijack should not delete and which should be delete...

 

the screen below is my hicac scanned results...

after this... how can i set the security to my oscommerce... because somebody can simply login to my /../catalog/admin...can i jus renamed it?

will it reflect others?

 

ohya... i have rename the /../catalog/install

and

i have set the read-only to my /../catalog/includes/configure.php

 

is't enought???

Hi there,

 

Firstly I dont think this is the appropriate place for posting Hijackthis results - this is after all the forum for OSCommerce - for help on hijackthis I would recommend possibly posting on their forums.

 

As for your second question of how to protect your directory, try this link here.....

On page 9 you will see tips on how to secure your folders (this should normally be read before installing OSC) ;)

 

Also as some other users have pointed out you might want to set the security a little higher on the images folder :)
