SEO installed, moved site, now its broken

hi there, i had the SEO installed on a cart, now i had to move the cart to a new server and dedicated IP.

Now i cant get to my admin, it comes up blank, and when you click on the category links, they show in the browser with the .html extension but they dont link to any page, what i mean is, the url loads in the browser but it comes back to the index page when you click on them.
