I have used the following modules to setup a store for my customer.

1. eSelect Moneris
   
2. Price Sensitive Discount
   
3. CanadaPost Shipping Module
   

and instructions for setting up the tax scheme for Canada.

 

I still have to add a minimum order module for some of the items.

 

I am having difficulties getting all the modules to work together correctly. Is there a Canadian specific thread that I can use here?

Canadian specific? You can try the support threads for those contributions you installed. Go to "Contribution support" and run a search.
