Guest Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 Hello All, My motherboard crashed and I'm now using a new computer. I had a webmaster set up my store originally. My problem is now I don't know how to access OScommerce ADMINISTRATION page, my shopping bag, contents. I don't know the exact website to enter for configrations, updates, sales, etc. Please help!! ♥Vger Posted May 3, 2006 Posted May 3, 2006 The best thing to do is to go to your Web Hosting Control Panel, and once there you can see your User Name and be able to reset your FTP Password. Once you've done that you should be able to make an FTP connection to your website, see what the 'admin' folder is called (if it was renamed), and look in includes/configure.php to see what your MySQL User Name and Password is. Hopefully it'll be the same as you used to password protect the admin folder. If it isn't then you can use your hosting control panel to re-apply password protection to your osCommerce admin panel, with a User Name and Password of your choice - and this will then allow you to get in.
