Trouble Confirming order

When I click to "confirm" order, this is what I get.

Failed to find the "nothing" line (\n\n)! Premature end of script headers.

 

STDOUT:

 

(nothing)

Really need some help. I'm only using "send check" for payment options if this helps.

 

Perhaps it's my email config.

Could I see someone else's email config to go on?'
