New IP -- Who do I tell?

Who at OS commerce needs to know that I just changed IP addresses?

 

Ever since moving to the new address my OS commerce hasn;t been talking to my MYSQL server.

 

Password and login and name of the database never changed.

 

That's got me thinking it's a licensing problem stemming from the IP change.

 

Who needs to be notified.
