Tylenol Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I am still in search of a working fedex/ups module, but even the usps standard one doesnt work. I have made an account and everything, it still tells me there is a problem calculating the shipping costs. What am i doing wrong? All my information is inserted correctly.
en_shua Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 With ths USPS one, go back to the email that you got from USPS with your account information. Find the address listed, and email them asking them to place your account into Production. They will send you another email with instructions as to what to do next.
