Setting upp shipping costs as my contry,europe,rest of the world

I havent started to install any shipping module just yet but I'm close to doing so.

 

I basically have 3 shipping costs that I charge.

1, Within my contry

2. within Europe.

3: The rest of the world.

 

Do I have to set a value to each and every one of the contries to achive this??.

Or is there another way????

Ok.Sorted this one out with the MultiGeoZone MultiTable Shipping module.
