New to OS Comerce

Hi, im new to OS Commerce, and i need some help.

 

I have my data in an excel spreadsheet (descirption, nutritional info, ingredients) that sort of data in different columns, is there a way to import that into a database for OS Commerce, so that it plugs a certain column into a certain field?

 

im not sure if i am using the correct terminology, again im new :)

i made 2 vitamin site not so long agao.

what i did was i creatd a new DB that will biuld the discription of the pages 4 me and then copy and paste the HTML code for OSC

if you want me to i can get the data ready for you to dump straight into your db

 

if you need me to do it I can do it in about 30 minutes (No matter how many products you have)

 

I just need the data in the excel ss
