mtechama Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 In the Admin area at Catalog when you do a search I would like to pull the items by Model name or number how can I do that it was working fine but now it doesn't Wade Morris Amarillo, Texas Before you do any changes on your site you need to do BACKUP! BACKUP!
Guest Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 I could never get that to work. Search doesn't work for me in Admin or in the Store (for the customer). I can upload a product with the word BALL in it's 3 word product name and when you do a search for BALL, it turns up nothing. (that's just an example, not a real situation). Same goes with product numbers/model numbers. Am about ready to get rid of search off my site.
