how to get the prod_ids of items in cart on checkout_shipping.php??

hey all,

 

i am try to get the id's of the products in the cart on the checkout_shipping.php page...

 

I was hoping to use something like $cart->get_products(); but i get an error "Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in..."

 

so i guess i can't, i have had a play and a look in the shopping_cart.php file to see if i can shed any light on it but as yet no such luck...

 

any ideas/? all i want is the ID's lol !!!
