Returning to site from NOCHEX

When checking out through NOCHEX I have found that if you allow the checkout page to run its Javascript function to redirect you to the transaction complete page within os commerce the customer order is displayed correctly in the list of orders recieved.

 

However if you click the link in nochex that says click here to complete your transaction, the customer is redirected to the transaction complete page but has 2 orders placed within the orders list. One for the customers items ordered including postage costs and another one just showing postage costs.

 

Does anyone have any ideas why this should happen and if there is way to rectify the problem.
