concorde44 Posted May 2, 2006 Posted May 2, 2006 Hi mates, I'm looking for a way to enable/validate an order only if the delivery address is in the delivery zone. Nothing like that in contributions, after my search. For example, I have products with exclusive rights for UK only, so I want to sell them only in UK. How can I do that ? I'm not skilled in php, that's a pity! I've configured a flat fee for the UK shipping zone only. But if you place an order with a delivery address in Australia, the order is validate ... but with no shipping fees ! >_< thanks seb Quote Osc 2.2 MS2

concorde44 Posted May 2, 2006 Author Posted May 2, 2006 Hi KGT,thanks for your prompt reply. ok it works! but the result is that in the checkout_payment page , there is no more payment option ! and we can click on "continue" !! so you can place your order without payment! I think this contrib should be completed to check that if no payment selected, we can't go further or smthg like that. thansk anyway. concorde44 Posted May 4, 2006 Author Posted May 4, 2006 I've found the best solution for me : the contrib "visible countries" http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2485/ suits me very well. I hide all countries in the admin except the UK. So I can have only UK customers ! B) Seb Quote Osc 2.2 MS2

concorde44 Posted May 19, 2006 Author Posted May 19, 2006 Hi Seb,Im looking for something like that to, But, what if my customer is in US and i only ship to UK?? Thanks!! Hi, do you mean you want a customer to have billing address in US, but shipping address in UK ? you'll then have to enable "US" and"UK" in visible countries, but customer will be able to choose a shipping address in US... Same problem and I decided to only allow UK in any cases. Seb Quote Osc 2.2 MS2
