Editing Default Emails

Hi I have had a search on the forums for how to edit the text in the default emails that osCommerce sends out (such as when a user signs up, when an order is placed etc,.) However I'm having no luck in finding where about I can edit this information, could anyone point me in the right direction?

Create account e-mail is found:

catalog\includes\languages\english\create_account.php

 

Order confirmation e-mail is found:

catalog\includes\languages\english\checkout_process.php

 

Password reset e-mail is found:

catalog\includes\languages\english\password_forgotten.php

 

Tell a friend email is found:

catalog\includes\languages\english\tell_a_friend.php

 

This should get you on the right track.
