Automativally adding a product to cart

Hi!

 

I wan't to change the behaviour of OSC so that whenever a customer buys a special kind of product, one other product gets added automatically to the cart. The automatically added product isn't a gift by the way, it's a normal priced one.

 

Does anybody have a clue how to do this, or is there a contribution?
