Change Manufacturers to Style reference

Hello All,

 

Does anyone know what files I need to edit in order to change all of the Manufacturer references to Design Style? All of my products come from one manufacturer so I would like to make users able to find what they want by design style as well as by way of categories. I also whish to make these changes in SQL database to but I assume I'd just have to change column names.
