Warning: mysql_pconnect(): User xxxxxx has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections in /home/brandon/public_html/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 17 Unable to connect to database server! Please help!

If it's a small number (you're getting this message and you don't have a very busy store), then it's probably time to change hosts or upgrade your plan. There are some ways to get around it (like using multiple usernames), but the most effective way of handling this is to contact your host and see what options they offer you.
