can't upload images

Ok I've got a strange one I could do with some help with.

 

When I try to upload a new image to the server by going through the admin panel - catalog - categories/products - new product. It is bringing up a pop box as normal called the image manager. Normal so far.

 

The problem is that the window in the image manager that usually links to the uploaded images on the server (so you can select the image) that is linking back to the osc admin panel.

 

 

Make sense.

 

The outcome being that I can't upload any new pics or use any of the ones I've already uploaded.
