Print function error

Hi all,

 

Probably something simple or I have not done but whem I click the Print invoice I get this error

 

Not Found

The requested URL /~ufiqld/catalog/FILENAME_PRINT_MY_INVOICE was not found on this server.

 

Have tried to find where to edit as something is not right.

 

Also on the catalog/account_history_info.php up the top I have this text NAVBAR_TITLE_4 Where can this be edited to suit the site please.

 

Any help would be great :)
