Database I need help

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how you make a database from one website work on another one so they are both the same.

 

And can anyone help me with this, when I try to backup my website from the admin part in the tools it says the below.

 

1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'Shop Online - Guestbook' at line 1

And my shopping cart won't add products to it, it says no products in cart.
