why header tag controller does not change the default title ?

halo profesionals

 

in the admin (header tag) i wrote the default ( title , description, keywords)

 

in page control i select index page to change the title , i wrote different title but still the defaut title appears !!!

 

in (fill tags ) i checked fill all tags

 

i tried with different pages also the default tags appear !!!!

 

can u please tell me what is wrong, why does not change the title in the index or product_info or any page

When you first installed it, was the title of the home page "Home page?" If not, then you should have stopped there to find the problem, per the instructions. If it did display that, then the code is working. In admin, you need to change the text in text control, not page control.

before install header T.C the title was oscommerce

i did the following:

1- added index page in page control

2- the index page appeared in the text control ( i filled the title, desc, keywords)

3- update

4- nothing happened

5- the current title is what i have writen in the default title.

 

 

and no change hapens in german index & the english index

 

So where do u think the error

Your mistake is at step one. The index page is already in the code so you probably have duplicate entries now. Try replacing your includes/header_tags.php and english/header_tags.php files and testing again.
