Copying an entire sub-category to another category intact

Does anyone know how you copy an entire sub-category to another category without having to copy EACH individual item to an identical sub-category under a new category? ie- sub-cat of "Engraved Jewelry" is already under "Graduation" category. Now, I want to put the entire sub-cat of "Engraved Jewelry" under the
