Guest Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Hi , we have a new store with over 30,00 items listed ( car parts) but the way they are listed is not easy to find, once you have your make/ model you then end up with hundreds of items to choose from ! what can we do to clean this up and make it more user friendly? theone2k Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 Looks quite nice, one thing I would have liked to see is when you are selecting what car you what parts for is there any way to have a image of the car. This would help people to identify the car if they didnt know exactly what they needed. EG whats the differance between a Clio and a Clio II Dave.
chooch Posted May 6, 2006 Posted May 6, 2006 ummm, very good template but the header image is fine on load but annoying after that.. why can't you use header1.php for your index page and keep the header.php for all the others? this will allow you to keep the flash intro for the index.php only and change the flash intro in to a jpg maybe for all the other pages? other than that it is good Upon receiving fixes and advice, too many people don't bother to post updates informing the forum of how it went. Until of course they need help again on other issues and they come running back! Why receive the information you require in good faith for free, only to then have the attitude to ignore the people who gave it to you? There's no harm in saying, 'Thanks, it worked'.
