Categories Module Different?

QUESTION OVERVIEW: Why parts of my shop are linking to other unknown shop owners.

Site: http://www.apositivechange.com/catalog

Topic Keywords: incorrect, link, category, breadcrumb, top, ssl, shared

This is my problem.

In the upper left hand corner module (Categories Section) of the main storefront, there are items and categories that do not belong to my site. The links not only differ completely, but I have no clue HOW it got that way or who the person is who owns that cart. The best way to reproduce this, is by clicking on http://www.apositivechange/catalog then, once in the shop, clicking on the catalog breadcrumb at the top left of the page. From there, you will see in the categories box & inside is a bunch of items that is not ours (our site does hypnotherapy sessions, etc.) However, the rest of the shop page has out products linking to our database and URLS.

I did configure in the config file to use a shared SSL with our host, IPowerweb, and the other cart in question is another iPowerweb client using the shared SSL also, but our URLS are different since our site has an extended name (our site's name after the shared URL).

I have no clue where to fix this because the inside of the site (everything other than in that categories module) is correctly linking to our shop urls, our database, our website.

I DID do a custom secured install from the backend of my website (auto installation) to try and fix this via transfering to a new shop, attaching it to the same database, but now I have all sorts of different URLS from the new shop to the old shop (see http://www.apositivechange.com/shop/catalog ) and getting the breadcrumbs to NOT link back to the base shared SSL URL of the server (minus our domain name) is tough without screwing up the rest of the site.

Anyone have any info on the differences of URLS between the categories module and the rest of the items in the shop?

Thanks for reading this through, it's not easy to explain without confusing everyone.

Yup, it is password protected. I seriousely doubt this guy knows I have a link to his cart. I checked my config files and everything is correct. Any idea how one could seperate the URLS from the Categories from the rest of the site like that? Any idea where I should start looking?

In my new cart http://www.apositivechange.com/shop/catalog, SOME of the links continue to use the /shop/catalog link while others prefer /catalog . I havent been able to track down why this would be happening either, could this possibly be a database issue rather than a configuration issue?

Go to your admin and in configuration box click the "Cache" Link, and ensure "Use Cache" setting is set to false. It appears your shared server is caching product id's, etc.
