Show full price with an option

Gents, I serached and searched for the last three hours. Although I did find a few good extensions, I am looking to do something along those lines:

 

I have two products: one is listed at $45 for 3.3 fl oz.

I wat to have an option for 6.6 fl. oz that would ring the cost to $81 and display that amount in the options drop down. NOT <<6.6 Fl. Oz + 36>>

but : <<6.6 Fl. Oz + $81>>

and I want to do a similar drop-down option.

 

My first idea was to make the price $0.00, but in the product list it will list $0.00, and I can't do that.

 

Any thoughts are welcome.
