He said he entered all of his info and it just went back to the same page. According to the log, he tried for over 2 hours. The weird thing is when I looked at my log file, I could see his information that he entered. Is this normal? Also, has anyone else had problems with the same ISP (Wal-Mart)? Any suggestions are welcome. I can't recreate this problem so I don't really know where to start looking. Thanks, Mike
Guest Posted April 29, 2006 Posted April 29, 2006 check if your sessions and cookies are set properly. You tried already creating accounts I guess but try blocking all cookies with your browser and then try to create an account and see what happens.

I tried creating accounts with and without cookies and both were working fine on my end. I tried in IE, Firefox, Netscape, and Opera and all were fine. Is there anyting else that could be creating the problem? Thank you so much for your reply. Any help is appreciated. Sales have been down bad this week and I'm afraid this could be why although the end of the month is usually slow. Thanks, Mike

Epic Mike Posted May 1, 2006 Author Posted May 1, 2006 Does it matter that his IP address changed every time? Every page he visited logged a slightly different IP address. For example 605.45.67.121 and the next would be 605.45.67.87
