stopped charging tax

For some reason, my shop isnt charging people tax anymore.

 

Any ideas why?

I dont think i changed anything

create a test account and see if you can replicate the problem. Tax will be assigned for certain tax zones only. If a customer has a country/state not covered by tax zones he will not be charged tax.
