NULL products_options_values_id in Orders_Products_Attributes section

I am getting a "0"/ NULL for the "products_options_values_id " field in the orders_products_attributes table for my site. I am however getting the products_options, product_options_values and all other fields for the appropriate orders_id....

Just not the one I really need! - products_options_values_id and products_options_id

 

If anyone can help me out with how to/where to alter code in order populate this information I would greatly apprecitate it.
