redirection of category listings

I want to redirect my subcategory listings to a product within that listing how would i be best doing this, is there something i can put in htaccess?

When a person clicks on my categories menu it shows my subcategories.

 

Then when they click on the subcategories it shows them the product listing of all products, at this point I would like to redirect them to a specific product rather than them seeing the product listings
