Nochex - Does it work straight from the box?

Hi All,

 

I was having continuos problems with Paypal IPN, so decided to give Nochex ago. I installed the default module from the admin panel, set up my account and completed a test order, which appeared fine. Was in my admin and i could update it as and when i liked, including sending teh update emails to the cutomer.

 

Now i had a customer on my site, who spent a considerable amount browsing, the got to the checkout_confirmation.php page and guess what nothing...?

 

Now this is the page that links onto the nochex website, so i'm just confused to what happned, could their be aproblem with the processing? Or was the customer confused by Nochex?

 

Is there anyway to change where it says 'nochex' on the pament page to something less confusing such as credit/debit card?

 

Your advise would be most appreciated.
