Error trying to access Admin

I have installed a new installation and the sotre works fine but the admin is not accessable here is the error I am getting

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/functions/validations.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/vdospec/public_html/vdospecialties/catalog/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 140

 

Please Help

Make sure that the file exists, and that the folder has permissions of 755.

Thnaks I had to recopy the file over as it was somehow corrupt. Now it works

You sem to have contributed alot, is there a way to add info boxes or info in info boxes quick like X-Cart, like a menu system that just adds the info instead of going into the code all of the time?
