xrunner Posted April 27, 2006 Posted April 27, 2006 Hi, after installation i get this: Warning: mysql_connect(): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) in /homepages/31/d130777719/htdocs/kabuum/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! I dont know how to fix it... Thanx

Did you add write permissions to the two configure.php files before the install? The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
