Tax Error

I seem to have a problem with the tax on a site i am working on, I have set the VAT rate at 17.5 % but it is being added twice to products.

For instance http://www.worldofbeer.net/shop/product_in.../products_id/30 has a net price of ?1.7021 and a gross of ?2 with tax applied, but in the store it shows as ?2.30 which is 2x17.5% Tax on the net rate.

 

Which file is doing the sums for me so I can swap it out for the latest version?
