Shipping rates for different Countries

Hello everyone!

 

I want to enter a flat rate shipping cost for one particular country (Australia) and then have a second flat rate shipping cost for all other countries. How do I do this?

Oh ok, I thought maybe there was a way to do it without installing more contributions.

Ok, now I've installed the contribution and can make different flat rates for different zones. But how do I make a zone include all countries except one?
