Browsers IE and Firefox

I install the software for a shop but after a few days when i open the web page in browser IE they dont open any image, when i open in Firefox is everything ok, see this imagen in

try clearing the cache of the IE and FF in case the stylesheet file is stored as a temp file under the browser's directory.
