Is there a contrib for adding users/orders in admin area?

I tired the step by step contribution but that gave me an error...

 

I'm running SPPC & The Admin Access Levels contrib.

 

Looking for something that allows me to create customer and create order straight through the admin area.

 

 

any help is appreciated, thanks!
