kevincarter Posted April 26, 2006 Posted April 26, 2006 It's quite strange but if I set the weight to 1 when I put the product in the basket shows 4kg, if I put less than 1 it shows 3kg if I put 5 it shows 8kg and so on. Any explanation? Any possible solution? I don't mind OC rounding it from 0.5 to 1 or so but 3 extra Kilograms is too much. Thanks!

Just a thought check your Tare weight in /configuration/shipping it might be set to 3kg.
