Mixed digital and physical purchases possible?

My question really has too parts.

 

1. I need to be able to sell single or multiple pdfs for automatic digital distribution, i.e. someone buys a pdf, pays via paypal, and the pdf, or a download link, is sent to them automaticly, without me having to do anything.

 

2. In the future it may be necessary for a customer to buy a pdf for digital distribution and a physical object, e.g. a t-shirt, as well, receiving the digital (pdf) download automatically, with no postage charge, but being charged postage for the t shirt,w hich I then send out later.

 

Are these possible with os commerce?
