order visible in phpMyAdmin, but not in admin tools?

The latest orders are visible in phpMyAdmin, but not in the admin tools for some reason.

The confirmation email also sends successfully to both store owner and customer.

 

Any ideas?

 

We recently changed the site root folder to /2/ and updated the configure files. (the site oroginally had a redirect to /2/ from root index) Im not sure if this is related.

 

the store is located at rootdir/catalog/ the server path, though, is /usr/www/users/quadtor/2/

 

any ideas?

Well check your order total table.If the order total table does not have any details related to your order id then admin will not be able to see anything.

If not this case give more details
