Reset Download links for customer????

Hi,

One of my customers wants his download link reset after a computer crash and he lost all his stuff :( Because I have downloads limited to 5 and the links expire after 21 days they are not available in his account page. I don't see how I can reset these in Admin if a customer needs them. Any help please??

There is a contribution available to ammend customer orders.

 

Perhaps you could reorder for him using this contrib?

Make note of the customers order id that has the download (ie. look on invoice)

 

Open your database

 

Go to TABLE orders_products_download and open it with whatever database admin software your using

 

Locate the order id under the orders_id column

 

Scroll horizontally across to the column download_count

 

Now just reset the download_count to 1 or 2 etc ... whatever you want instead of 5

 

Now customer should be able to go into order details and download again.
