help me header and footer

hello My name hoang quan ,

i use oscommerce , i want change header.php and footer.php

if i click language english ,show header.php english

if i click german ,show header.php german

and footer.php too

Header and footer text can be edited in (catalog)/includes/languages/english.php and (catalog)/includes/languages/german.php

english is image1.gif

german is image2.gif

if i click language english ,show image1.gif on header.php

if i click language german ,show image2.gif on header.php
