Editing pages to have text, not products

I am editing a template to do what I want it to do. So when I click 'About Us" the new product page pops up. How can I change this so "New Products" page doesn't pop up (my client doesn't want a New Product Page), but instead, in its place I could have text pop up, explaining the company in an About Us page?

 

I need to do the same to swap out the Specials page, and replace it with information on how to become a distributer. I just don't know which page to edit to do this.
