Guest Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 Hello, I'm testing Protx at the moment and kept getting the error message: Your transaciton could not be registered. Some of the information you passed is not compatible with your account. Check your vendor name, currency and transaction type. I set "Use Pre-Authorisation for all transactions?" to false in my Admin panel and it now works. My concern is that it isn't a good idea to set pre-auth to false. Does anyone have advice on this please? Thanks.
