Guest Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 I'm hoping someone out there might be able to help me with a problem I'm having. When I log in to 'my account' on my website as soon as I click on any of the products it disconnects the SSL connection and logs off my account. It goes directly to the product as if I had never logged in to my account in the first place. If you do your shopping first and then head for the checkout it lets you log in and go through the order process without a problem. Can anyone help?
skylla Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 Don't know too much about SSL troubleshooting but it sounds like you're loosing your session IDs. That's my diagnosis, but I hope someone else can be more specific and even help you to solve your problem. My Q would be: Without SSL (e.g. try on a local install), do you keep your session ID when you would go to 'my account' when logged in?
