martyn_lizardmedia Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 hi my customer is puttin wieghts in at 110, and the wieghts are comming out in the checkout at 121 .... thereby moving the item to a different wieght band .. is there anything i can do to stop this ? many thanks martyn
mmier Posted April 25, 2006 Posted April 25, 2006 i had a similiar problem one time.... check the settings in the admin section for tare weight. in the admin section its under... configuration, Shipping/Packaging, Package tare weight if there is a a number in there other than 0 its probably where your 11 pound differance is coming from.
