I have installed the netbanx payment module and following the instructions that netbanx sent me.. it says

 

* Under "SEO URLs" , ensure "Output W3C valid URLs (parameter string)?"

is set to "false".

 

However I can not locate this setting... Can anyone tell me where it is located please
