Product suggestions box!

I am looking for an infobox where my visitors can propose products that aren't featured in the shop but they would like to see there. I want the form to be sent by email, that only me can view the requests. Is that module/box existing?

i'm working on a similar function.

just duplicate contact_us.php and change the values (name of the inputs.. don't forget the bits at the top of the code that actually send the info to your email) ..to whatever you want

 

once you're done you either create an infobox with a link to the page or you copy the contact_us.php form codes (nothing else) and input them into an infobox
