Anyway to Generate HTML Pages

This is great BUT, how do you tell which file to even install when they list all of this stuff, not just one file to install, alot of Bug Fixes etc confuses people like me so that we do not even want to attempt to install it as we are not sure which file to download that will work on our system.

 

It is a irresponsible way to catorgize the files, they should just allow that work and are non confusing as I have no idea which one works or is teh file or just teh fix or the file and the fix, etc see what I mean?
