Page URLS not being re-written

I have upgraded my ultimate SEOs and Links manager to current. Everything is almost as it should be, however, the links to the sites are not being re-written in the form of the url. It still displays it like this:

 

http://sweetbumkins.com/redirect.php?action=links&goto=67

 

instead of:

 

http://loveyourpurse.com/

 

Does anyone know what I may have overlooked or a workaround on this?
