Displaying certain delivery methods based on shipping country

Does anyone know how I can only display certain shipping methods basedon the shipping location. For example: If a customer has a shipping address of not equal to United Kingdom then show only the International Shipping modules otherwise show all the shipping modules. This would be really useful.

 

Are their any methods/modules in place to deal with this already?

I ahven't fouhnd one yet that "Doesn't show" but if you set it up correctly, you can set it so that they are zero values and unselectable.
